A well-balanced combination of 3 essential oils - Lavender, Spearmint, and Rosemary - will leave you COOL, CALM, and COLLECTIVE. Lavender essential oil smells floral, fresh, sweet, herbaceous and sometimes slightly fruity. Its calming and sedative properties make lavender wonderful to help relax and fight stress. The fresh, clean aroma of Spearmint is incorporated for easing headaches or stress. Rosemary essential oil smells fresh, herbaceous, sweet and slightly medicinal. It is added to help balance lavender because rosemary is quite stimulating and is heralded for staying focused and alert.
